API data

All functions that start with get_ and track_ are used to download data via API.

get_code(): Get the codes of geographical levels

get_change(): Get geo code changes with API

get_correspond(): Get geo corresponds

track_change(): Track all changes for codes from API

track_split(): Get geo code that are split after code change

track_merge(): Get geo code that are merged after code change
